Pile Sleeves and Top Hats
Project Objective
Supply of Top Hat and Fender Sleeves to support concrete dolphins for Tilbury 2 development.
What We Did
Using a 3D model created from clients design drawings, rolled sections were procured from a specialist supplier. These were used in conjunction with flame cut profiles and assembled to create 60No Top Hats and 15No Fender sleeves.
Total weight of fabricated items 126,840.60kgs.
Delivery to site on 15No Articulated lorries in accordance with detailed site erection programme.
