Create new living space and viewing area walkway for gorillas at London Zoo for client Crispin & Borst. Approx 100 ton of steelwork over 10 month project duration.
The scope of the project included the design, fabrication, erection of various elements to improve the living and viewing areas for London Zoo's gorillas, including all cranage.
Our expert team surveyed the site and created the fabrication drawings. We then arranged the erection of all elements - including bamboo column supports within the structure. A high quality paint specification was also applied to the steel used in this project.
Additional projects for London Zoo also included work for the Zoo's aviaries and nocturnal animal dark houses.
